100 grams of naturally dried Shitake mushrooms
Rinse the dried Shitake mushroom before soaking them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, cold or lukewarm water is definitely the best way to rehydrate dried mushrooms as it helps the mushrooms retain all their flavor. Make sure to keep them submerge by adding weight on top of the mushroom. Don’t throw the water away and use it in the dish you are cooking to enhance the mushroom flavor.
