About the producer:
Deki Natural Dye and Handicraft is a sustainable business run by Deki herself. She learned the art of weaving and dyeing with her late mother and aunt. After receiving formal training, she went on to create her first shop, an eco-friendly business in the heart of Thimphu.
Her textiles are all made from sustainable fibres that are grown locally and organically. All the colours are achieved through vegetal dyes. Deki also supports women from the community by offering training to those interested in learning so they can start their own businesses as well.
Please note the colours may differ slightly from the images due to camera and screen settings.
