$9.00

This Herbal Tea by Bio Bhutan has been blend following an ancient medicinal practice called Sowa Rigpa. The association of the Pipla (a tonic), the Amla ( a rejuvenating), and the Ruta ( an anti-inflammatory) helps with digestion after a meal.

Ingredients:
Himalayan Gooseberry (Amla) 35 % harvested by the Community Forest Management and Non-Wood Forest Product groups on Mongar, Trashishang, and Lhuntse.
Costus Root (Ruta) 40% harvested by the farmers in Bumthang, Trongsa, and Haa.
Bhutanese Pepper (Pipla) 25 % collected by the Non-Wood Forest Product groups in Zhemgang

Product Description:
Weight: 50 grams
Includes: 25 Tea Bags per box
Sold in a set of 2 Boxes

Instruction:
Bring water to short of a boiling point (about 90° C). If you’ve ever sampled a tea and found it a little on the bitter side, it’s likely because it’s been steeping for a little too long. Tea benefits from brewing in boiled water that’s been left to cool a little. This helps to coax out the flavors. If you prefer your tea to have a bite to it, steep for longer than 2 minutes.

About the producer:

Bio Bhutan is a private Bhutanese firm registered with the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Thimphu, Bhutan since 2005. They develop, manufacture and market natural and organic certified products from the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan.
